Arc - 3tangent pt
Open the tool Arc / Circle.
Choose Type 3-Point Arc.
Make sure the associative option is selected.
Choose a starting point for a new bow.
Use the Point Snap tool to assist the selection of objects.
In the following picture, we have used the conclusion to choose start point arc-existing focal point. A plane inferred based on the display selection.
